Refund policy
We urge you to contact RITAGLI DI G SRLS before returning a purchased item. Once the return has been approved, the purchased item can be returned within 30 days from delivery if it has not been used (it must still be new). If the item is damaged or used, no refund will be given. You must always enclose your contact information with the returned item and, if possible, provide a tracking number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
RITAGLI DI G SRLS recommends that you have the delivery service provide you with a receipt and a package ID from the delivery service, so that you can track the shipment of your return. RITAGLI DI G SRLS will refund you for the accepted returns. If the item has been paid by invoice, we need an account number to transfer the refund. 1.2 NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-refundable. Perishable items(e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines) cannot be returned, as well as underwear or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable gases or liquids. Other non-refundable items are: gift vouchers, downloadable software, certain health and personal care products.
1.3 SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable. If we grant you the right to a refund, the shipping costs to send you the replacement item will be deducted from the refund. The time it takes to receive the replacement item varies depending on where you live. We do not accept any responsibility if we do not receive the returned item sent by you.
2. REFUND POLICY
The money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since purchase, you have no right to a refund or replacement of the product. Please note that in order to be entitled to a refund within the 30-day period from the time of purchase of the item, the returned item must be unused or in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
2.1 REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item and whether or not you are entitled to a refund.
If we approve your return, you will receive a refund, which will be credited automatically to your credit card or your original payment method within a few days.
2.2 PARTIAL REFUNDS
In some cases, only partial refunds are available (if applicable): when the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or there are parts missing for reasons not attributable to our error; when the the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2.3 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you still have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It will probably take a few days before the credit is officially registered. 2.4 DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Only items sold at full price can be refunded; discounted items cannot be refunded.
2.5 REPLACEMENTS
